Use this option to leave me a deposit towards a tattoo appointment. Please only use this option if we have spoken already over email or otherwise. Make sure to include your name and date of appointment in comments.

All deposits are non refundable once made and applicable only to original concept and work discussed in communications. Should you need to reschedule a minimum of 48 hours notice is necessary to retain your original deposit. In making a deposit through here you agree to the above terms without exception.
